Photo Privacy
Photos chosen for Splat MyFace are uploaded and retained so the game can build persistent targets, statistics and rankings. Uploaded files are re-encoded on the server, which strips embedded photo metadata such as EXIF information.
Every uploaded photo enters the moderation queue automatically. It is not shown to other users unless it is reviewed and approved. By uploading a photo, you are submitting it for possible inclusion in the public Splat MyFace gallery and random target pool.
Public submissions may be rejected or removed, including material involving harassment, politics, personal information, minors, non-consensual intimate imagery or anything else that does not fit the site's slapstick purpose.
